How do I restore purchases?
On iOS, open the Pro paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. Apple handles billing.
I subscribed but Pro is still locked.
Tap Restore Purchases and verify you are signed into the same Apple ID.
Audio is not playing.
Check Silent Mode, raise volume, and tap Start once to allow audio playback.
How do I use my own sounds?
Custom sound uploads are available in the iOS Pro tier. Open the Pro section in the app to add files.
Do you upload my recordings?
No. Audio and recordings stay on your device unless you export them.
How do I reset the app?
Quit and relaunch. If needed, reinstall the app to clear local data.
Do you offer refunds?
All subscription payments are handled by Apple, so refunds must be requested through Apple support.
