Information Collected
- Parent email address
- Child first name, age, and state
- Optional teacher name
- Consent records, policy version, and technical audit metadata
- Uploaded artwork file and related file metadata
Why We Use It
We use this information to operate the contest, verify parent participation, review entries, contact potential winners, and maintain an audit trail for contest administration.
Child Data Minimization
The competition intentionally limits child personal data to first name, age, and state. Child surnames, phone numbers, street addresses, and email addresses are not requested in the form.
Unverified Submissions
Artwork may be uploaded before the parent email is verified. If the parent never verifies before contest close, the submission may be marked ineligible and related files may be removed from storage.
