Kids Chaos Competition Submission License

By agreeing to this submission license, the parent or guardian confirms they have authority to submit the child’s artwork for this competition.
License Granted
The parent grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, moderate, display internally for judging, and if selected, use the artwork in connection with the Kids Chaos competition and related promotional or in-app rotation uses described by Sponsor.
Ownership
The entrant retains ownership of the underlying artwork, subject to the competition license granted for administration, judging, winner communications, and selected promotional uses.
Parent Representation
- The parent or guardian has authority to submit the artwork.
- The artwork is original and does not knowingly infringe another party’s rights.
- The submission may be disqualified if these statements are false.
Removal of Ineligible Entries
If a submission becomes ineligible, including because the parent email was never verified before contest close, Sponsor may remove the related files from storage and exclude the submission from judging.
